What we do
Onefold is a Denver breakfast and lunch restaurant known for breakfast burritos with tortillas pressed to order, congee, and bacon fried rice. The menu spans Filipino, Chinese, and Colorado-style Mexican dishes, all scratch-made without seed oils.
Three locations: the original in Uptown, our biggest dining room two blocks from Union Station, and Greenwood Village minutes from the Denver Tech Center.
