FAQ
- Do you cook with seed oils?
- No. Onefold has been seed oil free since opening in 2015 — everything is cooked in tallow, lard, duck fat or 100% avocado oil. No vegetable/seed oils or GMOs.
- Do you take reservations?
- All three locations are walk-in — no reservations for regular seating. For very large parties, email [email protected] ahead of time and we'll set it up.
- What are your hours?
- Uptown and Union Station: 7:00am – 3:00pm weekdays, 8:00am – 3:00pm weekends. Greenwood Village: 7:00am – 2:00pm weekdays, 7:00am – 2:30pm weekends. All locations closed Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
- Do you serve lunch all day?
- Yes — breakfast and lunch are both served all day, open to close. The lunch menu runs duck fried rice, roasted duck noodle soup, enchiladas de mole, lunch bowls and a house salad — plus birria tacos at Uptown and Union Station, and a green-chile-smothered lunch burrito at Greenwood Village.
- Is there gluten-free food?
- A lot of the menu is naturally gluten-free — congee, bacon fried rice, duck fried rice, chilaquiles, huevos rancheros, birria tacos. Look for the GF tag on the menu.
- Are there vegetarian or vegan options?
- Vegetarian: the vegetarian breakfast burrito, frittata, crepe, lunch bowl and house salad. Nothing on the menu is vegan as written, but we can make vegan substitutions — just ask when ordering. Most potatoes and chips are fried in duck fat.
- Where do I park?
- Uptown: street parking plus a lot behind the building. Greenwood Village: large lot on site. Union Station: metered and some free street parking nearby, two blocks from the train.
- Which neighborhood is the original Onefold in?
- Uptown — 1420 E 18th Ave, between Humboldt and Franklin, across from Saint Joseph Hospital. Some maps call the neighborhood City Park West, and we're an easy hop from City Park, Cheesman Park and Capitol Hill — same shop, whatever the map says.
- Are you near Union Station and Coors Field?
- Yes — Onefold Union Station is at 1919 19th St, two blocks from Union Station and a short walk from Coors Field. Open 7am weekdays, so it works before a train or a Rockies game, and the dining room is our biggest, so groups fit easily.
- Is there an Onefold near the Denver Tech Center?
- Yes — Onefold Greenwood Village, at 5960 S Holly St, is minutes from the DTC. Huge parking lot, big patio, room for large parties, and office catering through ezCater.
- Is Onefold good for kids?
- Yes. All three locations are casual, and Greenwood Village is the easiest with kids: big tables, a huge parking lot and a patio.
- Are you dog friendly?
- Uptown has a big dog-friendly patio. Dogs stay outside.
- Do you deliver?
- Yes — Uber Eats and DoorDash from all three locations.
- Why are prices higher on Uber Eats or DoorDash?
- Delivery platforms add a marketplace markup to menu prices. Ordering pickup directly at eatonefold.com/order/ always has regular in-store pricing.
- Do you cater?
- Yes, through ezCater from Union Station and Greenwood Village.
- Do you sell gift cards?
- Yes — digital gift cards for each location at eatonefold.com/gift-cards/.
- Is there a happy hour?
- $9 breakfast burritos, weekdays 7–9am, at all locations.
- Do you serve alcohol?
- Full bar at every location — mimosas, espresso martinis, and a house bloody.
